Capabilities
CPM has invested in the latest CNC machining technology available on the market. To achieve such accuracy and surface finish we have collaborated with OKUMA Australia and purchased a CNC vertical milling machine positioned in a temperature controlled environment. Features including axis accuracy of 0.0001 infra red Renishaw probing for “on machine process” measurement of parts. Machining process backed by in house CAD/CAM facilities. Partnerships are the way forward, both with our clients and trade agreements with local Australian companies like Alliance Tooling Co. have been established. As a group structure we are able to achieve the complex constraints that arise within the medical industry. Together, this allows access to state of the art CNC machinery all under the one roof.
